Love Hawaii Villas is a vacation rental property management firm. We manage luxury oceanfront condos at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina. We also manage other Oahu vacation properties.

We help to facilitate unforgettable experiences for our Guests while they vacation on Oahu. We are a fast-growing locally operated family business with many opportunities that allow our Team members to advance their careers in the hospitality industry.

Position Title:

Housekeeper

Position Summary:

Provide fast, efficient and detail-oriented cleaning services of Ko Olina vacation properties while maintaining an upbeat, positive attitude, an energetic and focused work ethic, while working well with Team members.

Location:

Ko Olina Resort, Kapolei, Hawaii. Most cleanings take place at the oceanfront condos at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina, on Lagoon 2. Other cleanings are also scheduled in other residential communities within the Ko Olina Resort.

Reports to:

Director of Housekeeping

Qualifications & Requirements:

Honesty / Integrity

Hardworking / Good work ethic

Motivated to get the job done
High attention to detail
Vacation rental cleaning experience is preferred, but not required
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance
Takes initiative: sees what needs doing and does it
Works well with others
Reliable, comes to work on time
Willing to follow checklists and processes
Does not smoke or use illegal drugs

Responsibilities and Expectations:

Complete training sessions
Follow checklists and processes on every single cleaning
Setup housekeeping carts
Clean properties solo or with others on the Team
Document any damages or issues that arise
Work well with others on the Team, as scheduled
Listen to and take direction from management
Provide feedback to Housekeeping Manager about ideas for making things better
Notify Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor as soon as a cleaning is completed
Ability to work for hours at a time without sitting down
Attend Team meetings periodically, as required

Schedule:

Varies, can be full time or part time, based on availability and number of cleanings on the schedule
Cleanings occur on any given day so the ability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays is preferred

Compensation:

Hourly, based on experience
This is a W-2 employment position
Payroll takes place twice monthly on the 5th, for hours worked from the 16th through the end of the prior month, and on the 20th, for the hours worked from the 1st through the 15th of the current month.
