Job Summary:
Improve the level of service by assisting with the analysis, definition, recommendation, documentation, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of innovative business and systems solutions for both automated and manual departmental processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with the analysis of hardware, software and data system problems within the department to determine cause-and-effect and gain an understanding of the design of new or enhanced systems that add functionality and improve efficiency.

Assist with the analysis of department resources to determine alignment for maximum efficiency and forecast work force requirements. Develop an awareness of, and assist in the monitoring of, short-term and long-term plans and goals to ensure department’s successful performance.

Gain an understanding of the development, architect strategy and design of tools for Customer Relations and develop technical expertise throughout implementation. Assist with the documentation and coordination of data management projects to ensure projects are complete, including training.

Assist with intradepartmental software/technical support and gain knowledge necessary to serve as a departmental Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Perform other duties and functions as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates degree and two (2) years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Working knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office programs. Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

Strong analytical skills, able to effectively solve problems.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem solving skills and decision-making ability.

Ability to learn new systems/processes/methods; interact with other units and departments.
